The company never even brought up the subject. Those questions about the R/S need was brought up bey my02, streetrod, motze, MR tech and others on the RB just exploring options. PV and the company have always maintained an opposition to an R/S. I personally don't see the need I think we would do fine on the OTCBB if we just stop the press and live within our means and grow via Profit & organic methode going foward. JMHO
