VWKM...previous R/S:

Mark Pledged no R/S in April 12, 2005, then R/S 1:1000 on June 21, 2005 after the stock hit 0.0001.

I appears Mark sold about $300,000 worth of stock in the week preceding the r/s, while driving the price from 0.004 to 0.0001.
