Mark for you, sir! More research (DD) on "Bill," please.

Out the whole scam, if you can. This "Bill" is turning out to be quite the character. Not somebody to whom HC is likely to issue a license to manufacture a controlled substance.

As I've been saying for some time, he seems more like a typical lying, big-mouthed penny stock promoter and swindler to me. As time passes, more of his real "self" becomes apparent. I find it quite amusing, but I never bought any of what he's been selling, so I can afford to laugh.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
