Then you have the investor. Google him. You won't find him probably. It will take awhile before you figure out who he is. He is here...

And the name he goes by isn't "Joseph" it is Joe, but we will get to whole name change thing in a bit. And he happens to sit on the board of WindsorEconomic that is run by the lady along with Tom Bain... the mayor. So that seems... conspiratorial at best.

Now... google "Bill Chaaban" you will only find two pictures both from this week. Strange but ok. Now google "Bahige Chaaban" or "Bahij Chaaban"... do any of those pictures match? Strange. It took me FOREVER (hyperbole) to find him.
