Rather than continuing to debate this subject now--although (you knew I had to make a comment didn't you?) I still don't see how y'all get around the specific defintion of what shares mean in paragraph 9 which is referenced in paragraph 4. You can only get to your definition by ignoring that definition and that is NOT how one interprets contracts.

But let's see what IR thinks it means--not that what they think is binding either LOL

To me it isn't what they meant but what they said--that is how contracts are interpreted--according to their 'plain meaning' and within the 'four corners' of the document without reference to what someone might have meant or intended to say.
