My comments are mixed in with your texts below in (parens).

UNLIKE OUR Company when MW, and RW and SON "promoted" falsely and constantly on FACE BOOK (the SEC made them clean it up) and in a release in April 2013, about how rich the shareholders were to be as a result of bagasse, the boot brother does NOT have any pending lawsuits going back YEARS. (I think the facts are a bit skewed in your comments. Although I'm not a big fan of companies using social media to communicate with shareholders, I know IFUS consulted the authorities and was cleared to post. I'm not aware of your allegation so please provide a link or something of fact. As for boot (y) brother not having lawsuits, immaterial IMHO, they have one now and are running scared. This one will rock their world!)

It seems to many, if the boot brother was a "scammer" and "pump and dumper," lawsuits would have been filed against him over the LAST 20 YEARS. (I'm not interested in last 20 years, I'm interested in what they did do and continue to do to IFUS and it's shareholders. When MW's done with them, then they get to face our lawyers. That'll be 2 suits and I'm leading that charge. If IFUS doesn't go after their shares, we will!)

ECOMIKE reported $1,500,000 of bagasse revenues for 2013 and others said less than $50,000. We will see shortly as the GAG motion that MW's filed has motivated us to go to the courthouse; copy and post. (And you wonder why he has a gag order in place? Posts like this? Wouldn't be a bit surprised if this post is in front of the judge. I'd JS or SA's involved in that process at all, it becomes "criminal contempt!" 18 months minimum sentence and more!)

Just maybe, ALL SHAREHOLDERS (I'm a major shareholder and you don't speak for me. I'm sure others you've mentioned like Ecomike, Peach, Martin and others don't consider you as their spokesperson) are tired of the many attempts to discredit a lender ($250,000) that financed our Company (it's not just about the money and the issues around the money are not as cut and dry as you and Panther make it out to be. There are criminal activities by the boot (y) brothers that have to be considered here, not to mention the utter stupid backstabbing, immoral and unethical behaviors of these two morons) and FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER 5 YEARS - DEMAND THAT MW RELEASES the numbers for 2014. (I think this'll be done when the boot (y) brothers are safely tucked away upstate. Like I've said before, MW has to take out the trash to be able to move forward)
