Not sure about collecting as the volume is still basically zero.

I agree that insiders hold this thing but not sure if that is a good deal for us common investors. They are gonna dilute and than split I bet.

The insiders had control of this stock for the past 7 years. And look at the results. The Yangs I would imagine still hold a bunch of shares along with the hotel guy ( remember that one lol ). I assume they have something to do with the Asian connection that was announced. Who knows.

The change in management is weird for me. Usually, when a reverse merger is about to happen, management change is complete. Who is this Toronto guy - family? Why a Canadian based in Toronto to be CEO of an Italian company looking to expand in Asia?

MC perhaps you can at least clarify that - who hired him - you or the lotto company? Certainly that is not insider info.

I expect dilution to pay everyone off - just hope it was done at the higher stock price than at the pennies it was at.
