I do not disagree. They are holding the price down by short selling the stock until they convert the rest of the CD. They receive 20% more shares for each conversion. Now if there is a restriction, no one knows for sure as there has been no filing, then that is when the buying pressure on this stock is going to take over the price. The CD holders have all their shares and they wait to sell them at much higher prices. Their winfall at our expense!!
