Cowboy....If this is true, it is also true that they cannot sell those shares for cash gains until 2007. Though we are waiting on them now to convert the CD (if true), they must wait for us to sell our shares first (if we choose to sell) before 2007.


I believe this is correct. If someone knows differently...please lets us know.
