If our entire settlement boils down to only a disproportionately lesser value of WMIH for all our 'Q' shares (and the same WMIH could be soon bought by ANYBODY (without the 5 years of court) - and for 25% LESS than we got it for), then this settlement cannot be 'fair and reasonable' by ANY definition IMO and Sussman did little for us. And obviously this was in no way a normal bankruptcy, so please don't tell me we were lucky to get anything. And I don't believe EVERYTHING regarding this settlement was documented either.
