Snackman: I don't hate the new CEO, Mr. Solms. I praised him. He has real business credentials.
I just think rescuing Wave from the mess it was left in by his predecessor is a nearly impossible task for anyone, let alone a can-do guy like Solms.
I am keeping an eye on Wave and it is focused on sales. Any sales would be a change, but it needs to start soon. I haven't seen it. The launch for later this month is good, but it is an offering of a Wave product--not the nailing of a contract with real money coming in. As you may have noticed, Wave products have not been selling all that well.
Maybe smart cards will surprise us all and bring in tons of money. Not likely, IMO.
