Their has been one person here that talks about the loan and is yet to show any proof. Their is some here that say the PPS must be .0005 or above for Skiers Shop to become a done deal.
Some say that Dan has a pile of PR's to release. If there is a loan it muct be PR's as a material fact. That would help get the PPS to where it's needed.

Now dan wants 5000 shareholders?....Why....What does the number of shareholders matter?
