What makes you think the Canadian regulators will accept the US market's suspended trash? I have news for you. They won't. There are several reasons why AEGY/SKTO will not be acceptable to the Canadian regulators. And there are also several reasons why they will not qualify for a Canadian Exchange listing.

The claim of the merger is almost certainly impossible.
