LOLOL!! You seriously don't know what membermarks are? It's kind of like "friending" on Facebook, though it doesn't have to be reciprocal.

Generally speaking, the most-marked people are pumpers and/or compensated promoters. There's also a board where you can go beg others to mark you, in return for a mark from you. And the people PMing randomly asking for marks seem to be on the increase.
