SPX 1 hr: I think we will hit the upper pink tine around 2000 and then drop to the lower pink tine about 1915ish before the final leg up to a new high. This should drop the monthly RSI 14 down and allow a negative divergence when the last high is made. (there is no -D on the monthly now)
