IF No Escrow $$$, THEN No "Get-out-of-jail-cards" for CROOKS... There are many pre-seizure investors seeking justice for the FED's errant take-over of a solvent WaMu Bank. The ONLY thing that currently prevents them from seeking out justice has been the "promise" (whether stated, implied or imagined) of receiving "fair & reasonable" settlement cash distributed into our escrow accounts; all in exchange for the legal releases that we begrudgingly gave.

IF HOWEVER, it turns out that the crooks once again tricked us and do not adequately compensate our escrow accounts as fair payment for the releases they so much desired... ALL HELL WILL BREAK OUT as WaMu shareholders will unite and file the MOST MASSIVE OF CLASS ACTION LAW SUITS against EVERY SINGLE CROOK WE CAN IDENTIFY from bankruptcy records. WE Will BURY THEM! (imo)
