A 'pop' is when the stock price jumps quickly and drastically to well above average. Usually the result of a pump and dump operation or some news, that on the face of it looks good.

I think the pop will happen in the next few weeks and the breakdown shortly thereafter. I also predict that this is the start of the end of VTSI as we know it.
