Their will be a lot of hold up's and hang up's in the coming months as to the legalization of pot in food.

Even the Colorado Governor appears to have came to the conclusion that it may be a wait and see issue rather than just opening up the flood gates.

Obviously he is covering his A$$ with the public and any delays we see in the distribution of MJ that can be consumed will show up in delays with Tony as well.

12-18 months yet to hopefully get the banks to " sign off " on this idea so they can be used rather than cash to conduct business for all of these MJ companies.

IMHO the current MJ craze is by no means a " done deal " anywhere in the USA today!

Possibly Tony needs to swing back to the bio fuels end of things for the next few months as it appears we all may be in for a long wait while the Governor shakes out ALL of the bugs that are apparently taking a tole here.
