MACC - Namechange to SUCCESS HOLDING GROUP INTERNATIONAL, INC.
per the lates PR 2 days ago the Company will change the Name and and do a 4:1 FS.
Macco International has filed with FINRA for a name change to Success Holding Group International, Inc and to effect a 4 for 1 forward split in its shares. This will result in a new trading symbol and cusip number. Macco International anticipates that these corporate actions will be effected by approximately July 9, 2014.
Interesting is that the same Guy (Mr.Chen) has listed the "same" company already on the OTC under the Ticker: SHGR (CE) and list the Ticker also on their Webpage together with the New Company Name for MACC:
