AIDO news
VANCOUVER, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 28, 2006--Advanced ID Corporation
(OTCBB:AIDO) announced today that it is making its DataTRAC(TM), UHF / RFID
Livestock - Poultry Traceability product available on an aggressive
international basis. The Company is working with leading regulatory and
government organizations in the United States and globally. The Company is
increasing production capabilities and has negotiated emergency reductions in
costs that will be shared with governments, regulatory agencies, industry and
farmers.

According to CEO, Dan Finch, "We have undertaken an aggressive initiative to
provide DataTRAC(TM), our UHF/RFID product for the identification of poultry. We
are working with and have communicated with multiple stakeholders in the United
States, China and other countries who are responsible for preparedness of Avian
Influenza on a global scale. We are aggressively providing our products to
countries and producers to assure better traceability of the poultry that
may contain the virus. This application has been proven in a complete poultry
trace-back program in Thailand. The ability to quickly trace-back the bird to
the point of origin can be most helpful if the virus is discovered in the bird.
An optimal program includes farms and locations where the bird may have been in
contact with other birds, thus reducing or helping to contain the spread of the
virus. We have geared up and invested in additional production, technical
support and global communications. With the complete support of our board,
we intend on doing whatever is needed to provide DataTRAC(TM) to help support
containment of avian influenza."

According to Allen Zhang, Chairman of Carlyle RFID Technologies, Inc., which is
a joint venture, partially owned by the Guangdong Province of China, "The
program managers in the province are working on a complete poultry
identification and trace-back program and have looked at the Thailand program as
an effective model. The Thailand program relies heavily on products, database
capture capabilities and technology developed by Advanced ID Corp. The test
results and data have consistently been outstanding. We expect that the Chinese
program will closely emulate the Thailand model." Carlyle RFID Technologies
is Advanced ID Corp's distributor in Guangdong Province.

In 2004, after nearly three years of development, Advanced ID Corporation began
commercializing its ultra high frequency (UHF) DataTRAC(TM) tags, readers, and
trace-back management solutions. Advanced ID Corporation products provide
reliable and cost effective solutions for identification and trace-back of
livestock throughout the live animal supply chain. The Advanced ID
DataTRAC(TM) identification system has been used in bulk supply traceability
of poultry in Asia over the past two years. DataTRAC(TM) provides superior
performance according to studies and a published report entitled "RFID for Food
Animal Identification in North America" by AIM Global, the trade association
recognized as the worldwide authority on automatic identification and mobility.
