More throughly "I apologize for the delay in getting back to shareholder enquiries. I will commit to reviewing and responding on a weekly basis, at a minimum. Our intent of having the monthly no-holds barred discussion, was to facilitate the dialog in a streamlined fashion, but that clearly is not sufficient. I am responding to all of the pending inquiries by project, in this update. This will give you a sense of the exciting things that are ongoing at the Company, and help you, as shareholders, understand where the resources of the Company are being applied to. This is obviously exciting times at the Company, but also very busy times that requires everyone to be doing multiple tasks. In that spirit, see below –
BuzzBar Suite – This is coming along really well – see first units in the attached picture. This was the first units produced using 3-D printing to ensure the parts worked well, before we released the design to Injection Molding (IM). And the design was released to IM on 6/26/2014! First units are expected to be received by 3rd week of July, and the build completed by the first week of August. Thank you all for your support. The specs on these units far exceed what was originally planned. For example, solar panel was originally projected at 0.5W, the actual units are 2W. We have not updated the specifications on the website since we are launching a commerce only site, as well as an online sales campaign. Those will get active once the units are available (end of July / early August).
Clean Tech Investors Acquisition: We have been working with a university in Vancouver, British Columbia to continue development and testing of these technologies, and have made tremendous progress. These assets effectively include two products – the direct formic fuel cell (BuzzCell) and the reformer based technology (Formira). We are in early stage discussions re. licensing the Formira technology with a fuel cell Company, and an automotive Company is reviewing our capabilities. Exciting, longer term opportunities. This requires us to travel frequently to Vancouver to ensure continued progress.
MOU with Aerial Drone Company: We have signed this agreement, and both parties are very enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead. We have a visit scheduled to this Company towards the end of July, and we will have more details available at that time regarding this program.
DRDO evaluation: The shipments were reported previously, and the parts are expected to arrive in India at the lab of interest in the end of August timeframe. To ensure overall success, we decided to ship the fuel and oxidant from the US, rather than deal with unknown India – based suppliers. This required the fuel / oxidant mixtures to ship via ship, with the fuel cells shipping by air. We are excited about this, and the upcoming onsite validation."
