Why would Joe Jackson join the board? why would the acquire production company with MJ material, why would they bring on creative directors? why would joe jacksons website feature IACH articles? Why would they risk being charged with fraud by lieing in press releases? AND why would they let a $150 million dollar tax loss carry forward go to waste?? $$IACH$$ yes its taking longer than i expected, and yes theirs a sketchy past. but the facts are still the facts and the pieces line up to perfect for them to not make this deal happen.
