OK - Penny_King - re value of PAIM dividend - here is the math I used....
Suppose you bought 10 million shares at .0002 for $2000.
Now you get 1000 preferred shares per every common share, so you get 10 BILLION PREFERRED SHARES!
Now, 10 billion preferred shares are convertable instantly at 1 for 10000 so divide 10 billion by 10,000 and you get 1 million FREE COMMON SHARES
Now sell them at the bid, .0001 and you get $100 for the dividend!
That's a 5% dividend. Hey folks, these are big numbers, anyone else agree with my math?
Not bad for a sub-penny dividend, no????
