Yep, that was the case exactly. ISRG shut out JNJ PLUS they stole a bunch of their reps- JNJ management has resented JNJ for that. ISRG helping another company build a bot makes zero sense. Like Apple helping Samsung build a smart phone.

As discussed, the robot market is so open and ready for competition, there will be plenty o' room for SPORT internationally.
