I find it hard to believe that JnJ is developing a surgical platform with ISRG. I work in the OR, I know the ISRG and Ethicon people, and there has been no mention of this in the industry.

Also, it's common knowledge that JnJ was negotiated the ancillaries/disposables packages for ISRG years ago as their provider. Once ISRG learned of the value, they went for it themselves. I doubt that JnJ would go back to the well again.

JnJ & Covidien are potential suitors for TITXF - now believe that!
