Share structure was increased with the State of Nevada last month to 7 BIL A/S.The O/S is still the 202 mil as far as I know.The ceo is working on getting financials ready and filed.Not sure when he will have them ready.He wanted them out last month so hopefully this month we will see them.The chart has went up over 100% twice this year for SNVP with no news or filings.
