They just acquired the product line (cost) and basically no sales had posted during the same period (rev).

Not going to hassle someone who bought low and sold high on the OTC since that's the way the game is played. The spike came too quickly as I mentioned earlier and it needed to cool a bit, but I don't necessarily agree with the reasoning. All companies have start up phases with large investments/expenses followed by revenue from sales. That filing includes what, one or two days worth of sales for the entire quarter?
