Mr. Araya, I hope you won't mind clarifying a few points that you've brought up.
Since there has never been any evidence of an actual product that Telatinos/Netco Investments has been able to deliver to any identifiable consumer, would you outline, briefly, the "several business models" that you presented that you think might have turned this company around?
You also stated that "Paul Taylor submitted a subscription agreement bearing a forged signature with my name that purports to issue shares and give control of them to an entity controlled by Taylor." What is the name of that entity and, to the best of your knowledge, where and how was it formed?
In answering Dan's third question you mention that "a friend of [yours] recommended [you] for the position as financial officer for the company based on [your] education and prior experience." Since no one has ever been able to find anything remotely resembling a resume' or curriculum vitae for any of the purported principals in this company, what is your educational background and the experience that qualified you for the position of CFO and President of Telatinos/Netco Investments? Also, as the financial officer you must have had access to the financial statements and contracts that were the subject of numerous press releases. What were the actual revenues and their sources and who were the principal signatories to the contracts on both sides of each valid agreement?
I realize that some of these questions may be outside of your immediate experience with this company but I am certain that everyone who has followed this company for the last year and a quarter would be interested in your answers nonetheless.
