thanks for the help Nilrem---you may be correct---I feel in terms of being enough money--that the amount is sufficient but also wonder why they would tell them not to place the info on their website---GlobeTel already told us who was handling the transaction---I wonder if they are still handling it---it seems to me the "lead bank" (banco do brasil) is providing this service
