Jim , I believe the plan was adopted in 1999 and is still a part of their incentive program. Still haven't had time to look it up. The 5 million shares for proposal # 2 will go into the "2000 plan" for futrue grants so I don't think calling it by the year it was adopted limits it use to that one year. I sure hope your proxy comes soon as I haven't typed this much in a long time. I received proxies for all but one acct, that one I'm having Schwab trace. My daughter just received hers yesterday but my son has still not received his. Oh well tomarrow's another day. Hope you have a great weekend.
