Looks like another week where anyone could pickoff 5 or 10,000 shares at their leisure between .16 and .17, even down to .15 if you left a bid sitting there a were lucky to get it. $800-$1700 investment. Not likely more than most would walk into a casino to play with.
To your point on volume, Dahl is not Howard Baer by any stretch. Dahl holds his cards close whereas in the old days information leaked like a sieve mostly to the benefit of Howard Baer. In fact you can see that scenario occurring right now in another stock. That being said there is still usually some indications within the trading of positive or negative events. For now it appears there is increased volume, someone or group clearly taking all that becomes available without lowering the price. Could be the investment banker HEPI hired. As you mentioned, could be Zoetis venture arm. Could be an institutional investor ..... My perception is it is a professional who is just sitting and letting any lose shares come to them. No reason to move the price up if someone willing to sell at these prices. Retailer would not typically buy lots from 20 to 100k at a time. But at these prices its possible given its not alot of money. A pro would simply be patient and let the action come to them. We still sit at equilibrium.
IMO, dunno why Dahl continues to put out time frames on results and continues to miss his own dates. But the track record thus far sez we will hear those results. If one assumes news always leaks one way or another, given the stock being flat for a couple months now, it would seem nothing overly negative has occurred. Maggiore recently bought more in the open market. I don't think he throws good money after bad.
And so we wait.
