Reality is Serge is a scientist in which scatter brain thunder storming works. Being burned twice in business has made him try to micro manage. That same mind jumping around thoughts doesn't work in business . This is why deadlines are missed and no business plan has ever been initiated.

Sad good product could of done great things, but poor marketing and business plan. Ta da here we are and risk the products window.
