freak, as depressing as it sounds, you speak the harsh reality. GIA was the start of the downfall and most of us knew it(regardless of the few who were thrilled about it). The present day govt doesn't give a shit about laws or proper protocol, and the FDA is running amuck just like the EPA, IRS, and other power hungry agencies and the non-accountable dictators that run them.

I took a massive loss last year & rebought @2 thinking I could make some of that loss back on the next pop. Only there wasn't one. Never dreamed it would go down 25%+ from the $2 level with an approved product. So now I'm just waiting this out.....AGAIN.

This entire situation is sickening.
