Thats not a fact. Thats an opinion. I have tried TWD products and I am amazed with the quality starting from the packaging to the final product.

I guess you can not say the same of SPRWF because.

(HERE ARE SOME FACTS FOR SPRWF)

HAS NO LICENSE
NO FIRST MOVER ADVANTAGE (very important on this industry)
NO CASH
NO PATIENTS
NO GUARANTEE OF GETTING A LICENSE (out of more than 600 applications HC has also granted 13 licenses and several sources show HC plans to put a CAP on the # of licenses haha, keep dreaming)

THE ONLY THINK THEY SELL ARE WORTHLESS SHARES

I really like TWD FACTS on the other hand SPRWF FACTS SUCKSSS
