Thanks barnstormer - what I meant by lawsuit was not that NWBO should be sued for this - but rather that a tenuous case could be made against MDA by NWBO as it was MDA's own Dr. B whose statements to AF were what brought NWBO's market cap down 100 million dollars in a single day. And that tenuous case against MDA is made even less tenuous given that Dr. B's comments did follow Dr. Subbiah's comments to AF less than a month ago that it was fine for NWBO to make these statements to the press.

But I also indicated that NWBO is unlikely to file any such case given it is in both NWBO and MDA's interests that the trial move forward with them both in sync.

However, I would chalk an "owe you one" from MDA to NWBO due to this misstep by Dr. B.
