And here I thought I was the one that was over it - actually, never saw the whole AF/Buzdar/MDA dustup as more than your basic tempest in a teapot. Not unexpected, given AF's track record with NWBO, and if left alone, only news for a day or two. I've seen articles/blogs that have done a lot more damage (try a 40 point hit in one day) and had longer lasting effect.

I don't know that what Buzdar's intent was, just that his comments went beyond any underlying MDA policy or procedure. I do think you're giving AF too much credit. He's just a blogger, granted with a bigger microphone than some, but I can hardly equate him with the national media. However, regardless of what anyone said or wrote, regardless of Buzdar and MDA being apparently hypocritical in their remarks and "policy", regardless of whether shareholders helped or hurt the matter with their complaints, in the end it just makes sense for NWBO to talk to MDA and arrive at an agreement that allows them to release data without giving AF and his ilk any further fuel for his hit pieces, and that was the only point I tried to raise.
