Simple.

Thanks for the DD. Whats your opinion here in newbie language? good? bad?

They, basically, have one product. There aren't any convertible instruments outstanding (notes or debentures).

The insiders (officers & directors) have the majority of the shares.

They are restricted for 6 months since paid in full.

The majority of these shares were paid in full with the "distribution acquisition" on March 31st, 2014.

Officers, Directors, Control persons, and affiliates...can only sell 1% of the "then OS" every 3 months. They must file a FORM 144 (intent to sell, which is good for 3 months, if they don't sell any shares then they will have to file another FORM 144 when they, again, want to sell). They have to file a FORM 4 when they do sell.

They have the majority of shares. They should want the share price to go to 5 or 10 cents.

Say you were the President of IDNG and you had 57 million shares. If the pps hits and stabilizes around the 5 cent area...your shares are worth about $3,000,000. Being an insider...he can only sell 1% of the OS per every 3 months. Say the OS goes to an even 400 million shares. 1% of that is 4,000,000 shares, that the President can sell in 3 months. 4,000,000 x $0.05 (5 cents) equals $200,000. That he can sell over 3 months = $70,000 per month. Not bad, but, not great. At 10 cents per share he can sell $140,000 per month. That's not a bad living...

The insiders have the majority of shares. They have a large stake in the company.

If they sell another convertible note for $50,000 that can explode into 100 million more shares then they aren't protecting their large stake. That should tell everyone, here, something.

Why didn't these 3 experienced businessmen just loan IDNG the $50,000, as a friendly loan, and protect their large stake...by protecting the OS and float?

Simple.

To determine...intent...prospects...motive...and where this is going, pps-wise...by their actions...or inactions.

OS is maxing out to the AS.

I'm done, here...will monitor and "pop back in" every once in a while. I got my 20% profit earlier in the day on the run up. I put a new-bet-chunk...in here...as a "long"...after doing my DD.

Long for me is overnight, lOl...

Or until the PR comes out announcing the FDA approval.

GLTY and all.

I'm off for lObster, drawn butter and a couple cOld ones...

Ciao.
