Eom7, I'm curious to know why this now seems like a good buy? Just because it has gone lower than most people bought?

A stock that comes down does not necessarily go up again. In PTQ's case, it is looking more and more like a worthless company that will never be able to pay its debts and will never be viable. And will never pay your money back.

I know it's painful, but I think 12 cents is still a good price to get out of a worthless company and get into something more promising that actually has a chance of making you money.
