Well so why is the military not buying this? Shouldn't wsgi have asked them for grants to develop and sustain the project, or have some sort of contractual roadmap in order to build according to specs? If I made a special order to tesla to custom build a bat mobile, wouldn't they ask me to pay huge money upfront to develop it or at least have a contractual agreement for x number of units if successful?
