You have to consider ..

that there most likely was a huge number of shares dumped in Europe .. SHORT. If these for some reason are not part of the DTCC system .. then it truly would be Shorty. How about the infamous 'Belgiums' ? If the Europeans call for certs .. Watch Out !! That will be the Coup De Gras !!
