It MIGHT be a good buy,but I would want to wait until after consolidation......which I believe is not only NECESSARY but INEVITABLE.No financier in their right mind would put another thin dime into this until it's cleaned up up.....and that means a totally new management team and BOD,plus dealing with the MASSIVE dilution.....THEN there might be some light at the end if the tunnel that I isn't a train coming....
