Thanks bank. Well, ok, it's still going on.
"...LTAS's sustainment kits that support the Government's "Blimp in a Box", BiB-250 tethered aerostat systems, which are currently stationed at U.S. Army Garrison Fort Polk. The sustainment equipment order valued at over $250,000 is expected to be delivered in Q3 and will be utilized to support evaluations, training, and operations in rotational exercises.
...to ensure the soldiers have all of the equipment they require to operate the BiB systems throughout the ongoing training and exercises at Ft. Polk."
Still evaluations and exercises, etc. There can be no orders from the Army or from other branches or departments in the DoD of any magnitude or large quantity (whatever "large" means), until evaluations are completed (if ever)!
JMHO!!
