Thanks Zu; Great find and good article, well written. This still gives the FDA the ability to slink it's way out of any wrong doing by them saying; Based on newly found evidence, that lowering Triglycerides may lower CVE's blah, blah, we the FDA reinstate Amarin Corp. SPA and allow a label change to include the Anchor Group.

Now, to get to the damages part.... the FDA caused irreparable damage to Amarin through it's negligence. We'll probably never receive any compensation for what the FDA did.
