There has been no transactions recorded in Benton County for River Ridge Sunshine Farms .
I would glean from this that no land has been transferred to River Ridge Sunshine Farms. So what would the deal do?
(Leases are not usually recorded).

The big item on the horizon is the 10-K. Will it be filed?
