Perhaps, but but even if it does, this news isn't nearly enough to push it to 3's. So basically everyone is still stuck in 1's.
That's just my opinion. There are just too many shares for this stock to do anything. I gave it a shot. Bought in 1's, then a pr came and pushed us to 2's. Only ones able to sell in the 2's were the MM's. Had to sell in the 1's for a loss.
I'm not bashing this, I just personally think it's going to take a LOT to move this thing.
