~ BMSN = Not Necessarily,, if more tests arRre needed,, or more questions arRre needed answered,, BMSN doesn't have to PR that info,, as it is considered "Neutral info." BMSN has gone as long as 3+ months waiting to hand out this kind of "Neutral info" in the past... 
...the Approval//Dis-approval process has taken Well OVER a year now!
Seems the "Dream Team" of BMSN Scientists arRre having a Very hard time getting this IND Approved!
Dis-Approval WILL = OOO's!
The Big Markets arRre wayyyy too high & when they Crash soon,, that takes any extra $$ outta ALL Markets = BMSN will be affected by that Also!
