Tob. First thank you for not just saying 'lies lies blah'.

I read the 10 q and it states AS increase of 'Common Stock'. Not restricted or am I Missing something.

I understand whyyyy they are doing. This but as soon as it is used to buy goods and services, it is OS.

I'm not saying all will go to market. But What am I missing? The price drop def reflects this because it is seen as such.
