A/S increase is not a big deal. In this instance it is for future acquisitions (namely celebrity endorsements) and NOT for dumping into the market as some have suggested. These are RESTRICTED shares that will be used to strike endorsement deals with the likes of Katy Perry. No new shares will be hitting the market for a LONG time imo.
