OTC market is one big CON IMHO. Can't sucker peeps in if you give them all of the pertinent information that is needed to make an informed decision.

Complete joke that this market is allowed to operate in the manner it does.

Thx for the info. Is there a list of delinquent filers I can see somewhere? I'm up to 25 cease trade orders or suspensions this year so far. So about 1 out of every 5 I buy goes away. Brutal
