That's why it is imperative for the first due diligence to learn if a delinquent SEC Registrant filer is hiding out on the non-SEC reporting OTC Markets.

I have lobbied the SEC until I'm blue in the face to differentiate delinquent SEC Filers from non-SEC filers on the OTC Markets. When an SEC Registrant filer is listed on the OTCBB the suffix 'E' is added to the ticker when that company is delinquent with current Financials, but once that ticker is removed from the OTCBB to the OTC the suffix 'E' is removed and new investors have no idea that the stock is a delinquent SEC Filer that is at risk of SEC Suspension.

Delinquent SEC filers should have the suffix 'E' even on the OTC Markets to alert ALL investors.

To bite the worm of incite is to bite the HOOK of the antagonist . They win .
